| Features/Benefits | Strong bond strength High solids Brush, roll, or spray Meets smacna requirements Excellent mold and mildew resistance Prior to application clean the surface of all oils, dirt, and foreign matter for best results Brush/roller: brush or roll adhesive to a desired thickness of 5 mils wet ?lm thickness at a coverage rate of 90 percent minimum to achieve maximum performance Spray gun: binks 2001 stainless steel gun, or equivalent, with a 066ss ?uid nozzle and a 066sd air cap Operate the above spray setup at approximately 15 PSI fluid pressure and 40 psi atomizing pressure Ideal coverage is 90 percent of the surface for maximum bond strength Spray coil line: use approximately 20 PSI fluid pressure, and 40 psi atomizing for a standard coil line If this does not provide adequate coverage, increase the ?uid pressure until the desired 90 percent coverage is reached Higher pressures may be needed for larger machines |
